Chef Jason Rendon, owner of Bonfire Cuisine, LLC has over 22 years in the food industry, and has cooked at some of the most prestigious establishments in Ohio, Denver, and Las Vegas. Chef Rendon moved to Seattle eight years ago, where he started having parties at his home featuring his specialty, Northwest cuisine. The demand eventually grew outside of his home and evolved into Bonfire Cuisine, where Chef Rendon offers personal chef services and catering, specializing in upscale gourmet parties and dinners.
Chef Rendon has a passion for flavorful foods, wine, and fresh, organic ingredients. He is an active member of the American Culinary Federation, the Washington State Chef’s Association as well as the American Personal Chef’s Association, and has received numerous accolades and awards for his culinary artistry and his unique blend of Northwest Cuisine with European influence.
